We are inspired by the Sanskrit word 'Santosha' which translates loosely as contentment, the idea of embracing the moment however it is. It reflects our vision to provide a deeply satisfying and nourishing experience for everyone who comes here and also our own journey to practice gratitude, enjoy life and share our love each day.

El nombre 'Santosha' se traduce del sánscrito como estar contento con el momento, con lo que éste nos depara. Lo elegimos porque refleja nuestra intención de dar una experiencia gratificante y nutrir a todos los que entren aquí. Tambien inspira nuestro camino de ser feliz con la vida tal y cómo es, disfrutandola y compartiendo nuestra pasión.

The Restaurant
Located in a beautiful old building on a small side street in the heart of Palma, Santosha is a harmonious fusion of gastronomy, culture and design.
The style here is fresh, eclectic and down to earth. The interior is big, yet intimate and versatile as it's laid out over several rooms. It includes a small interior patio and a cosy, private cinema room, making it perfect for small and large parties and private events.
El Lugar
Localizado en un precioso edificio antiguo en una calle pequeña del corazón de Palma, Santosha es una armoniosa fusión gastronómica y una mezcla de culturas y diseños.
El estilo aquí es fresco, ecléctico y práctico. El interior es grande a la vez que íntimo y versátil, ya que está distribuido a lo largo de diversas salas. Incluye un pequeño patio interior y un acogedor cine privado, lo que lo hace perfecto tanto para pequeños como para grandes grupos, así como para la celebración de eventos privados.
The Food
We do amazing food. The menu is varied with international influences, the food is fresh, creative and cooked to order. It changes seasonally with the availability of local produce, though always using lots of fresh herbs, vibrant flavours. Over the years our cooking has naturally evolved and this year we made the decision to stop using meat in our cooking. We offer beautiful vegetarian and plant based food. All accompanied by a small selection of fresh homemade drinks, stunning local organic wines and delicious cocktails.
La comida
El menú aporta influencias de todo el mundo, la comida es fresca, creativa y cocinada al momento. La carta cambia frecuentemente de acuerdo con la disponibilidad del producto local, aunque siempre usando muchas hierbas frescas y sabores vibrantes. Nuestra cocina ha evolucionado naturalmente y este año tomamos la decisión de dejar de preparar carne.
Todo nuestros bellos platos son vegetarianos o veganos.Todo acompañado de una selección de bebidas caseras, cócteles, vinos orgánicos locales y muy buen cafe.
The People
Created in 2016 by Ruth and Eran, it brings the flavours of their travelling years and their different cultural backgrounds together with their love of Mallorca and commitment to honest, sustainable food.
Together with the passionate and talented international team they run Santosha and continue to evolve it. From sourcing ingredients to preparing, cooking, serving and cleaning, the whole team is involved and have a creative input. The commitment to having a healthy and enjoyable work life is central.

Creado en 2016 por Ruth y Eran, el restaurante reúne los sabores de sus años de viaje y los diferentes ambientes culturales junto con su amor por Mallorca y su compromiso por ofrecer una comida honesta y sostenible.
Junto con un apasionado y talentoso equipo internacional, ellos están al frente de Santosha y continúan trabajando en su evolución. Desde el abastecimiento de los ingredientes hasta la preparación, cocinado, servicio y limpieza, el equipo completo está involucrado y hacen sus aportes creativos.
